I think the exclamation in the lower sign says something about keeping a rest area clean.
The nice sign looks like it says, "Don't feed cootie bugs." Or maybe, "Don't drive warped old jalopys over pointed rocks."
Red says all I can think and say is WTF!! Wish I could read the language. We have a friend in Norway maybe he can decipher. Of course knowing him he'll come back with a really good wisecrack. Wait a minute that sign looks more like a widecrack!!
What EVER it says....I think I need that for the Football room!

It says something to ther extent of "if you are subject to irregularity" and then I can't read the rest of the sign. Actually, zuwiderhandlugen means "contrary-handpeeped" and I have no idea why- but ordnungswidrigkeitsverfahren means "irregularity-proceeded".
Wish I could see the rest of the sign. Typically german, it probably means "No shitting on the shoulders"
